Did Apple make a travel wall charger for iPod nano 2nd generation?
I want a travel wall charger, not a car charger, for my iPod nano, 2nd generation but all I can find is travel chargers for generation 3 and above. I’m not looking for an expensive docking station but a “simple plug into my iPod and plug into the wall” cable. You can purchase them for a couple bucks for generation 3 and above.
You should get the Apple USB Power Adapter. This is just what you want- plug one end into the wall and the other to your USB, which came with the iPod, but I think it includes another one-and this goes into your iPod. I have a 2nd gen nano and an iPod touch, it works for both. It’s compatible with basically all iPods that have come out in the past few years. I don’t know why the one you saw only worked for gen 3. That’s not common, most work with earlier models than the 3rd gen.
