Does Apple owe me a new iPod?
I bought myself a brand new iPod touch for christmas and it’s already broken. I usually plug the auxiliary cable it came with into my car stereo and play it through my car’s sound system. Now every time I hit a bump in the road, I have to wiggle the cord to get it to play through the speakers. I have the same problem when using headphones. If I don’t hold it at the right angle, it will only play music through one, if any, earbud. It’s only three months old, don’t these come with a 1-year warranty?

It does this with all headphones I use, not just mine.
i had the same problem. it’s not the ipod, its the little hole which connects the ipod to the amplifier. (eg. stero, ear buds). Have you dropped your ipod recently, or gotten it wet? You should try going to the apple store nearest to you. they will probably fix your problem.
