Audio Converter-Bitrate Changer with option for min. and max. bitrate for mp3 audio?
I want a Audio Converter cum Bitrate Changer for Windows that has an option for minimum and maximum. Like, if u wanna a min. bitrate of 160kbps and a max of 192kpbs. Then the converter chooses a efficient bitrate, like 189kbps which optimizes audio quality (further)….I had tried 4Musics Multiformat Converter, whick was Xcellent…just awesome….but unfortunately due to a licence key corruption, i cant install it again. and use it without re-installin’ windows….So wanna know the best alternative….Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Thanx.
