mp3 player isnt working, wont even turn on!?
the brand is Exigo, its 1GB and ive only had it for 2/3 months.
when i put the flash drive into my computer, it tries to install drivers to make the player work. it currently wont even turn on, i have tried checking the batteries but that doesnt seem to have worked either. the computer cant format the drive because the computer cant even recognise the flash drive.
when i plug the mp3 player in for a while it also gets quite hot.
try to detect it with more advanced options,like try using run flash drive or whatever it is.if that doesnt work ,send it for service at a store.
